Audit logs

Security and Cloud Computing can and should go together. At Cloud8 we implement audit logs of events that happen in your Cloud. Every time a server is started or a component is removed or a schedule is made, etc., we create a log record corresponding to the context and account used (remember that you can aggregate multiple Amazon accounts).

Events that present errors and warnings are also logged, in addition to controlling configuration changes such as server protection, scheduling, billing notices, etc. We invest in the transparency of events.

It is also possible to research who caused the event and the severity of the event.

For security management, knowing what is happening in the cloud is essential.

Note: Audit logs cannot work in their entirety when actions are performed directly in the Amazon console (some configuration modification actions we are unable to monitor through the APIs offered).
