In the case where the Cloud8 subscriber needs to display a consumption value with a specific markup – for example, to control customers in resale (by subscription):
IMPORTANT : The option mentioned in step 4 below is only displayed if the MSP module is active in your Cloud8 account. If the option is not present, request Customer Support to enable the module.
- Click on the “ Providers ” option in the left menu;
- Select the subscription you want to change;
- Click on the “ Edit ” option in the top menu;
- Then select the option “ End Customer Markup ” or “ Move to MSP / Tier II ” in the dropdown menu
Note : The value entered must be between -100% and 100% . Example : the MSP purchases a package or subscription for R$100 from the provider, and charges R$120 from the end customer – be it markup , taxes and / or others -, the value to be placed in this field is 20% .
