MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is a security method that requires more than one form of verification to grant access to an account or system. In addition to the traditional password, the user must provide a second factor, such as a code generated by an authenticator app, a physical security key, or a code sent via SMS. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, even if the password is compromised.
