White label at no additional cost

1 min read

The Cloud8 Platform can be used by customers without displaying our brand or replacing it with the customer’s own brand (or another image they wish). Additionally, you can choose to use the generic URL or a unique URL.

Starting now at Cloud8 ? Check out the Onboarding document and learn how to create specific Users and Access Profiles for your account .

How to use your own brand #

  • In the list of providers, click on the Logo / Email button, as shown in the image above
  • Look for the “Logo” field and click on the button to select the file with your brand. Pay attention to the following:
    • Use a .png file format
    • Make sure the brand size does not exceed 60 pixels in height
  • Click Update to save changes

By default, the generic whitelabel URL available to customers is https://webpanel.cloud

How to use a unique URL #

Cloud8 also offers the possibility of using a unique URL, with your company name. To configure it, you must request it via email.

  • Create an email to support@cloud8.com.br with the subject “ Exclusive Whitelabel URL ”.
  • In the body of the email, indicate the name you wish to use, in the following format:
    • NAME . panel.cloud , where NAME is the chosen name, which must comply with the rules for naming hosts on the Internet
  • Don’t forget to identify your account on the Cloud8 Platform that you want to change, if you have more than one

How to create Access and User Profiles #

Check out the Onboarding document and learn how to create specific Users and Access Profiles for your account .
